How do I determine how much my dog ​​or cat can eat daily?

You will find the corresponding nutritional guide on all our Avalon packaging. Based on an average activity level and weight, a recommended daily amount of nutrition is advised.

What food should I have for my dog ​​or cat? Dry food or wet food?

Both Avalon chunks and wet food are complete meals for your dog and cat, which will meet all their daily needs in an excellent way. We recommend feeding a combination of dry food all day long and one meal per day of wet food. This way there is variety for your four-legged friend and you ensure that he also enjoys his food!

Is the Avalon trial package free?

The Avalon trial package is free, you only pay for shipping, but we have a solution for that too! We charge €5.95 shipping costs for sending the Avalon trial package. These shipping costs will be reimbursed with a discount voucher of €5.95 off your next order!

Is the Avalon trial package free?

You can order a maximum of 1 free trial package per order. If you have multiple pets and are interested in multiple recipes, please contact us.

Dispatch

When will my order be delivered?

Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €25 there are no shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium! Orders under €25 charge shipping costs of €5.95. (When ordering a free trial package, we do charge shipping costs, but these will be reimbursed by means of a discount voucher!

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay in different ways:

iDeal , this is a direct payment for your order via your own bank.

Bank transfer , if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email from Mollie (payment partner of Nero Nederland) with the information and payment reference for the bank transfer. Processing a payment via bank transfer takes on average 1 to 2 working days. As soon as your payment has been received by Mollie, you will receive a message from us and your order will be shipped.

Paypal , you will be redirected to your own Paypal account and can make the payment here.

Credit card , if you choose to pay by credit card, you will receive an email from Mollie (payment partner of Nero Nederland). Processing a payment by credit card takes an average of 5 working days. As soon as your payment has been received by Mollie, you will notify us and your order will be shipped.

Complaints

What can I do if I have a complaint?

Customer service is our top priority. Satisfied customers is one of our priorities! If you unexpectedly have a different experience, you can always let us know by email . We will do our utmost to find a suitable solution.

Inform about right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@avalonpetfood.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
